Yiwu Hengda Weaving Co., Ltd established in 1991,is located in Yiwu city which is famous for small commodities all over the world. We are one of the large-scale combination of manufacturing, trading and R&D of webbing and textiles fabric in China. We have over 20 years’ O E M and O D M experience. The company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, and has more than 200 employees.　
We produce extra wide elastics, mesh fabric bands, vel-stretch elastic loop, jacquard elastics, Woven Elastics, webbing tape and other thousands of varieties. The width range from 3 mm to 500 mm, and customization which can meet the needs of different customers. Our products are widely used on clothing, medical devices, sports protective equipment, packaging, luggage and other industries. 　
We have more than 200 sets of Italian Comez crochet-knitted machines, Taiwan K Y F Hirono precision machines and French Staubli computer Shuttle-less webbing loom machines, as well as 5 sets of high temperature continuous dyeing machines and high temperature yarn dyeing cylinders. Our elastics and webbing monthly production over 300 tons, and dyeing yarns monthly production 150 tons.

When raw materials yarns get ready, we need to put all yarns cones on the Creels then wind the warp yarns onto the warp beam.
1.Warping Process
Before weaving, we need to insert all warp yarns into the Heald shafts. (This process just for Shuttleless Loom and Jacquard Machine)
2.Warp Yarns Inserting
Our technician needs insert all warp yarns into the Comb like frame reed as per technic artwork, then adjusting machine till to weaving smoothly. (This process just for Shuttleless Loom Machines and Jacquard Machine)
3.Adjusting and Weaving
All elastic Woven/Knitted Fabric we do preshrinking and shaping finishing by Steam Thermal System.
4.Preshrinking and Shaping on the Ironing Machines
Whole products inspecting yard by yard then rolling or do layer packing/festoon packing.
5.Inspecting and Packing
